One living room opens directly onto the terrace, creating the ideal setting for warm summer evenings, a glass of wine, and the calming sound of the Adriatic just steps away.

With two fully equipped open kitchens, everyone can enjoy the holiday at their own pace — whether preparing fresh local seafood dinners, making coffee before heading to the beach, or gathering together for relaxed meals with family and friends.Both kitchens include an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, dishwasher, freezer, toaster, kettle, and electric coffee machine.

Casa Conrad comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests across four elegant bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, offering the perfect balance between shared moments and personal privacy. On the first floor, two spacious bedrooms feature king-size beds (180 x 200 cm), peaceful interiors, private shower/WC bathrooms, and one bedroom also includes satellite TV. On the top floor, two additional cozy bedrooms offer French beds (160 x 200 cm), private shower/WC bathrooms, and charming sloped ceilings with heights ranging from 120 to 250 cm, creating a warm and intimate atmosphere perfect for unwinding after long summer days.

Additional separate WCs on both the ground and first floor provide extra comfort and convenience for larger groups.
